If you know me, you know that I am a self-confessed vegetarian :-) So I had a very special, healthy day... Only fresh vegetables and from small and tender to mighty and thick - phew! What do I have to offer today? Let's have a look: carrots, bananas, zucchini, cucumber and, as a special treat, a really thick eggplant. If this is not healthy in autumn season, I have no other idea ;-)
