I place my large belly on the table and inhale and exhale, showing my belly expanding. I re-adjust my belly onto the table a couple times. The view is a belly closeup, first straight on then sightly angled. I give a side view of the breathing for a few seconds before switching to an under-belly view for the last few minutes. I occasionally say something like "mommy's tummy is so big" throughout the video, but it's mostly just belly focused breathing.
