Living in the moment…it’s not so simple in the world we live in. Between work, socializing, chores & the twists & turns of life, there are barely enough minutes left in the day. It’s a given that when life gets busy, it can be hard to find time to put your own needs & desires first. Just ask yourself…when was the last time you lived in the moment? 

But at the same time, it’s not always easy to ignore that overwhelming feeling of euphoria that rushes through your body when you start to get turned on. That familiar rush of adrenaline can course through your veins at any given moment & you are faced with the decision to drop everything you are doing. You are left with the choice of embracing the moment or trying your very best to suppress these urges. It’s not always an easy choice…or is it?
