Frank, being the fighter that he is, is having trouble mastering the overwhelming sensitivity caused by Irene's soft, talented tickles on his feet. And with feet that are extremely tiny, wrinkled, and sensitive, how can you say no to some foot tickles? Frank gets easily tickled and wiggles and squirms at the slightest touch. What more if Irene rubs her tickling toys to help tickle his feet? Irene slowly builds up intensities until she is heavily tickling his feet, running her hands all over his soles and scraping the edges of his extra sensitive feet with her fingers. With the help of an electric toothbrush, Irene tries to elevate Frank's hypersensitivity by brushing it to his feet's arches and scrubbing it right on his heels. This causes Frank to laugh and giggle uncontrollably, so much so that he has to curl his toes into a ball to prevent Irene from tickling him. She continues to scrub his toenails and the gaps between his toes, making him feel overwhelmingly good, to say the least. While he's gasping for air to breathe, rapidly catching his breath from getting too overwhelmed from the severe tickles, Frank pleads and begs for the tickling to stop! Scratch, scratch, scratch! Scrub, scrub, scrub! Tickle, tickle, tickle!
