In this clip, Sierra's step father is laying in bed feeling ill. In order to aid in his quarantine, he's wearing a hazmat suit and Israeli gas mask. Sierra walks in wearing a plastic surgical gown, full surgical hood, N95 mask, purple rubber gloves and goggles to deliver and install a fresh filter on his gas mask. She then proceeds to "help" him with something under the blanket. In the second part, Sierra walks in again dressed as the girl next door wearing a surgical mask and surgical gloves. She again replaces his filter and then rubs him off under the blanket.
