I understand you’ve come to me for some help. You are in desperate need of my therapy, aren’t you?  You seem to be having difficulty with fully accepting and embracing your true self and in turn… truly accepting and embracing what you need.  In order to help you get beyond these pesky delusions of yours I’m going to use a special brain training technique… when I am finished there will be no trace of male identity within you… You will have zero male competency, and also no delusion of male competency… no male sexuality at all, or delusions thereof… you will only see the world from a female perspective and you will have a strong female desire for hyper-masculine men… with their large hard endowments and fertile, dense, hot, strong, seed… after all… you are not a real man… so allowing these delusions to continue wouldn’t be ethical of me. It is my responsibility to guide you in the correct perspective… and just to make sure that these essential corrections and therapeutic changes are complete and permanent… I’m going to also condition your bladder muscles to automatically weaken to the point of absolute release whenever you are around me… because of this… it will be necessary for you to wear nappies whenever you have an appointment with me….
