First session of the year. You're feeling good, you're feeling inspired. You go into your counselor's office and start making an extensive list of all the things you're ready to change in the new year. She humors you and tries to keep up with everything you're spouting off. Including going to the gym up to 6x per week when last year you didn't even average one day per week. It's obvious to her you're being a little unrealistic but you're so certain this time it can be different.
