Went for about for a 3 mile run on the treadmill. Today's morning breakfast deffinatly kicked in. Had to stop and fill my diaper! It was so load and messy. I couldn't believe how bad I had to go. All the loud messy farts I made as I filled the diaper up! Then I take a nice seat in my mess!
