Suddenly feeling her throat rapidly swelling and closing up, Josie writhers in panicked agony as she realizes she's eating one of her most severe allergies, causing her to collapse. She has time in her final moments of awareness to tap out an SOS on her phone and send it to her best friend Akira, in the hopes that she would see it before it's too late! But unforeseen events occur all the time, and poor Josie has just lost her faculties; her breathing becomes progressively shallower, her muscles get more rigid, and her skin gets paler and bluer. Josie's life is in Akira's hands now; her arrival on the scene is only a matter of time. Akira checks her vitals and sees that she is still alive but unmoving; she hopes that CPR will save her right away. She strips Josie's clothing off till she's naked, and decides to do chest compressions by stacking her hands on top of each other for improved airflow and oxygenation. One, two, three, four, five, at this point, she keeps count and pumps her friend’s chest as she does chest compressions, but Josie still remains unresponsive. After attempting to restore her normal breathing pattern by applying firm hand pressure to her chest and the area directly in front of and between her naked breasts, after waiting a few minutes, Akira begins performing mouth-to-mouth resuscitation on her friend, with her mouth touching Josie's, sealed tightly enough to fully dominate her lips so that she can blow air on her mouth, check for any obstructions in her airway, and receive a healthy dose of oxygen from Akira. After a long, exhausting, and desperate attempt to resuscitate Josie, Akira is clearly sobbing hysterically as she tries to piece together what happened to her friend. If only she had come in a few minutes sooner... Or was it just a daydream?
