Ayla Aysel is held helpless in a bathroom, stuck in the tub in her bra & underwear, gagged with tape, blindfolded with a bandana, ankles tied with red rope, & her hands bound behind her back with black hinged handcuffs. She’s sitting there, struggling, knowing the water is very slowly filling the tub. What she doesn’t know however, since she’s blindfolded, is that there's a toaster over the edge of the tub.
