By now, it's no secret that I enjoy rigging complicated bondage scenes! I enjoy the mental exercise of figuring out how to safely manifest a vision. I also really love creating a scene for someone during which they can experience themselves in a new way. Today Heavy is going to no doubt discover something new about themself. Knowing that there was something physically challenging planned for Heavy, I wanted to really bask in the slowness of the rigging process. The scent of my new (and gorgeous!) leather straitjacket was really helpful to ground me in the moment. As I buckled Heavy into the straitjacket, laced them into the soft leather hood and tightened the laces on the restrictive ballet boots, all of my senses were engaged. Naturally I was also thinking about how to safely get Heavy into the air, but I made a point to stop and smell the (leather) roses along the way. This is all to simply serve as a reminder to you, dear viewer, to take a deep breath, drop into presence, and enjoy the show, because, trust me, Heavy gave a lot of themselves during this scene and it is a sight to behold!
