Karlee is consistently cheating on her husband and disregarding her families advice. She claims her husband doesn' take charge enough for her and feels she needs to get her needs met in other ways. My diagnosis: Treating her like the slut she is, and showing her what it's like to be dominated. I recommend she comes back to see me for "further evaluation"
