Good morning! Time to wake up Baby J from his sweet dreams and bring him his yummy milk bottle. But surprise! When I enter the room, Baby J is already awake, playing with his gorilla plushie. So, I greet him with a big smile, take out his pacifier, and give him his milk bottle. While he holds onto it, I quickly unbutton his onesie and check his diaper, which is super full from the night's pee, and he's made quite a mess too! So, Baby J's diaper is really swollen, and he can't even close his legs properly! As soon as he finishes his bottle, it's time for a diaper change!
