TERRAMIZU and KITTY QUINN are testing the theory that they can understand each other as they try to GAG TALK. They're convinced that they'll be able to understand what each other says. Terra starts by TAPE GAGGING herself, adding multiple layers of TAPE to her MOUTH to keep her from being able to properly talk. Kitty then uses BONDAGE TAPE to wrap around her entire head as she SELF GAGS. Once both of them are GAGGED, they try to talk and understand each other.
