Exercise 1 - Hands on hips jumping jacks - Wonder Woman Style - my Master likes hard bounces and sharp slaps Exercise 2 - Hands On Hips Double Jacks - Legs like double curl jacks, but hands stay on the hips at all times. Loud slapping bounces Exercise 3 - Regular jumping jacks. Loud slapping bounces Exercise 4 - Double Curl Jacks like last time Exercise 5 - Jumping jacks with bent arms Big slapping bounces. Exercise 6 - Curl Jacks - While my legs do jumping jacks, my arms do the arm curl exercise motion. (Hands outside of shoulders in up position) Then I thank my master at the end.
