in a single 16 minute take, I wait chained and barefoot on a court house bench until the sheriffs department is ready to take me back to jail. my hands are cuffed and locked to a chain wrapped around my waist. i'm also stuck sitting in a humiliating prison uniform. i can hear other people, lawyers and members of the public talking in the hallways, but i'm locked away in a little room. every time the guard comes in i think it must be time to go, but he just leaves me sitting here for so long.
