I start out in my wheelchair in blue spandex leggings with a white t-shirt and shoes.. I lay out a yoga mat and get from my wheelchair to the floor onto the mat.. I try to get into a position balancing just on my feet.. I try 2 different angles but fail.. I them do some leg stretching and flexibility, including legs over my head.. I do a little leg exercises then try 1 last time to get into this particular position unsuccessful.. I scoot my body back to my wheelchair and get back into it!
