"Lalo is trying to work at his desk, but keeps getting distracted by itchy feet. He has athlete's foot from the gym, and the itching on his soles/toes is tormenting him. He begins by teasing: Just sliding dress loafers on/off for a few quick scratches and rubbing socked feet together trying to relieve the itching/burning. Also using pen/pencil/stick to scratch feet (get at itch). After a few mins of teasing/scratching/rubbing...he realizes that's not providing the relief he needs. He then sits on couch/chair and gathers tiny person. Tells tiny his athlete's foot is driving him nuts, and needs the tiny to scratch in between his toes, and his soles. Lalo breathes sighs of relief as the tiny soothes his itchy feet. Tells the tiny where the itch is the worst, and how good the scratching feels. After a few mins of scratching/soothing...he puts tiny in his shoe and says he'll stomp his foot when he feels an itch. That will be signal for Tiny to scratch. End scene."
