I think it's safe to say that Vic is a fan of being tied and having the wand used on her. Let's just say she 'genuinely' appreciates it. In this video, she's roped to a chair and has a wand taped to her leg in just the right way that she can use it on herself while she's bound tightly and ball gagged. This is definitely a story with a happy ending.
