What a day! I was at the beach snorkeling naked, as I love doing, when suddenly my body started cramping. I couldn't go up for air and water was filling my lungs. Luckily, Will was there to carry me home and perform CPR on me. He does 3 mouth to mouth blows, 15 chest compressions and 5 defibrillator shocks to resuscitate me. I'm ok now, but like I said, what a day!
