Please welcome fellow Welsh person Mila Amore to Restrained Elegance. I was quite mean to her on her debut - starting with this stress position challenge. Mila was dressed in a very skimpy French Maid's outfit, in training as a waitress slave. Her master requires that she be able to hold a tray of glasses at arm's length and level with her eyes for hours. But that is very much harder than it looks, especially when pole-tied, cuffed and collared. Today's exercise - Mila must beat her previous record and make it to at least ten minutes! But if you've ever tried holding anything that high and that far out from your body you'll understand why by the end of the challenge she is literally shaking and shouting with the pain of holding the position!
