After a long walk, I am very tired and fall off my feet on the sofa. I lift my feet up on the table and warm them up in my trainers. Then I take off my trainers and do my warm-up in socks. I feel my feet are exhausted, I need to take off my socks and stretch my feet properly. Oh, how I long for a foot massage :)
