I met you as a stranger in the locker room after a big hard and sweaty workout. I tell you that I've been having some amazing gains recently both in terms of energy and strength because of a new type of protein shake I've been using - but the downside is that it gives me the biggest, bloated belly and the most constantly loud and thunderous burps.
