The deadline looms over her head, she chugs coffee and grinds to get this finished. With calls coming in from useless coworkers shes frustrated and stressed. She gets more and more stressed and after one phone call she gets hot and feels her chest tighten. As the pain gets worse and starts to move from one arm the next her breathing begins to get shallow and strained. She tries to walk it off but it only gets worse. She collapses on the floor and realises shes having massive heart attack. Dialling 911, she breathlessly clutches at her chest. The paramedics arrive and administer CPR.
