A very naive patient of yours shows up to your practice. She and her husband have been trying to conceive with little luck and the girl tells you her husband isn't here for this consultation because hes working. Shes very anxious and wants to concieve very much and you decide to use this. You lie to her and tell her her husband has low sperm count [it could be true but you haven't checked] and that she is very fertile. She tells you shes ovulating right now and you suggest a new experimental procedure with a high success of pregnancy. Shes desperate and agrees to whatever you say so she can conceive! As requested she removes all of her clothing and you put a gas mask on her and have her deeply inhale while you impregnate her directly with your seed! She's a bit confused but overall is compliant with the procedure, allowing you to breed her!
