This clip start with Lady Sheva and her ugly girlfriend Maxim sharing a strong smoke, exchanging the smoke with kisses and pumping hard into the lungs. Lady Sheva starts feeling a little dizzy, but finishes the strong cigarillo with heavy deep drags. In the next scene Lady Sheva is alone chainsmoking really hard to satisfy her black lungs with tons of heavy smoke. She feels completely bad by the end of the vid.
