Baby J is lying on the sofa, playing with his stuffed animals. When I come over, I notice his diaper looks very full. I unbutton his onesie at the crotch, and oh my! There's a very wet and very dirty diaper underneath. I give it a few pats and press it with my hand to check, and yes, it’s really full! So, I put plastic pants over his diaper to make sure nothing gets messy while he continues playing until it’s time for a diaper change.
