Chloe is still waiting to be called out for surfing permission. She is bored as hell now in flip flops dangling and toe tapping. Next to her is Kylie. Both girls are wearing sandals. That voyeur guy is back, and he starts his phone camera again. Girls aren't aware he is filming. Sitting crossed legs and dangling their sandals, their flip-flops accidentally touch. Both seem to like it, started playing a little footsie a bit shy at first. Removing flip flops one then the other. Gently touching and rubbing their bare feet and legs. 
Enjoying their footsie play, when suddenly they heard the office door opens. In panic, the girls put back on their sandals, but they swapped their flip flops, and Chloe walks into the office with mismatched shoes.
