Reading with Vibrating Panties

I'm trying to read my new book but my remote-controlled vibrating panties keep turning on and off! It's really distracting, especially when I realize how good it feels to grind on the bed with them on! The book is mostly pictures, but I still have a tough time getting through any pages when he turns on the vibrations.
