I have all my depth training tentacles out and a measuring tape and I'm ready to see exactly how much I'm taking down my throat! I measure the full insertable length before hand, then I mark how much I get down with my finger and measure it afterwards! (Note: I am so so sorry about the background noise I forgot to turn off my AC!)
