So maybe switch between jumping jacks and high knees? You can wear a bra and panties if it's more comfortable, I don't want you to hurt yourself. No cuts or rest breaks in the video, no background music. I'm leaving an extra tip, if you can do 20 minutes that's great but if not 15 is ok. 20 isn't an option on the order form.
