Kevin’s problem is a fear of feet. He thinks they’re gross, scary and he can’t even bear to look at them. Dr Cummings, in a small red dress and gold open-toed high heels, is confident she can help Kevin have a breakthrough. To begin treatment, Dr Cummings caresses her own feet and shows the toes, arches and cute pedicure to her frightened patient. Slowly, the doctor extends her legs and places her bare feet on Kevin’s lap so he can remove her stilettos. He kisses the kitty tattoo on the top of the doctor’s foot before massaging her feet with oil. Kevin is ready for his breakthrough.
