Bladder Control - I really really have to pee

so the task was to hold my pee even when I really have to go, I drank a ton of water and then 2 hours later REALLY had to go, and challenged myself to make it 20 more minutes after that point, and this was the result. Also btw I did this during a live stream and recorded it, so that is why I am occasionally chatting with other people. What else could I do while trying to concentrate on other things and hold my pee?
