Back when I was a little bit more active, I would put on this youtube video of a plus-size pilates routine to follow along to. Well, for the past couple months I've been completely sedentary thanks to some feeders paying me to stay that way. I thought it would be a fun opportunity to revisit this video and see just how much harder it is now that I'm so much more out of shape and fat! We start off with some simple stretches that aren't too bad, but once we get into various leg lifts I realize just how much mobility and strength I've lost. I've gotten sooo lazy and out of shape that it takes so much effort just to do these simple exercises. I struggle and huff and puff for a bit, showing off a bunch of different angles of different exercises until I realize I've had enough! I'm sweating and extremely out of breath, and I give up not even halfway through the exercise routine! Instead, I go grab a pint of ice cream out of the fridge and sit down to talk about how pathetic that attempt was! I talk about how sedentary I've become and how the weight has been piling on. It's no wonder that it was such a struggle to move around like that, I should just pack it in and succumb to being a lazy, out of shape fatass. I play with my belly and fat and show off just how flabby I've gotten all while eating my ice cream. I'm the fattest I've ever been, I should've known better than to try to work out. A real life failed workout attempt with tons of angles of my fat bod on all fours and doing different stretches. Workout that turns into a stuffing and fat chat! This is a super hot one.
