[08-2024] (English) Nesty's dramatic situation unfolds in the Emergency Room. She is already intubated, with the ET tube secured by a Thomas Tube Holder, and is being assisted by a respirator. She wears a cervical collar, a pulse oximeter, and has two BP cuffs on her arm and leg. She is connected to a 3 lead heart monitor and a 12-lead ECG with limb clips. A urinary catheter is inserted. Suddenly, her breathing becomes irregular, and she experiences seizures. Her eyes roll back, and her heart goes into Vfib. The medical team quickly charges the defibrillator but initially gets no response. They repeat the defibrillation more robustly, and the patient's pulse returns to a normal rhythm. The team checks her vitals and removes the cervical collar, confirming she has no neck injuries. However, the patient's heart goes into Vfib again. The team immediately begins CPR with strong chest compressions. The defibrillator is charged again, but there is still no response. The team continues resuscitation efforts, performing several more cycles until the patient's heart rhythm normalizes. They check her vitals again, communicate with the patient, and remove her cut-off clothing in preparation for further examinations. This is an intense ER scene featuring a patient with a cervical collar, ET tube, Thomas Tube Holder, BP cuffs, 3-lead and 12-lead ECG, ambu bagging, catheterization, CPR, and defibrillation. A must-see for all medical enthusiasts, especially ER and resuscitation fans. (in HD 1920X1080) (FDCEX)
