After wake up body feels so tight and I had a decision to stretch it with yoga exercises a bit while relax in bed Fully naked I sit on ass,raise hands up and start to work with the back and neck,gently move body from left to the right Then stand on knees,open legs wide with toes to touch and move head down for to give a nice stretch for back Then turn around so you can see my pretty holes good and continue to work with back and hips,feels so good and energize!
