I only speak sometimes between letdowns when there is at most a few drips here and there. I actually fill each collection once, empty them into a measuring cup, then resume pumping! At the end, which consists of the last 6 or 7 minutes, Watch and listen to me swallow 16oz of the breastmilk out of the measuring cup.
