You wake up groggy, your vision is blurred. You see me, your doctor, standing nearby observing you awaking. I check your vitals and when it's obvious you are suffering some short-term memory loss, I explain that you have been committed to my care--into a mental hospital--because you tried to harm yourself after an argument with your wife. In fact, your wife told me all about the source of your argument, about your sex addiction and your cheating. Since you've been committed she's gained power of attorney and she commended you into my care. And I am going to fix your little problem. I attach electrodes to your head and begin some electro-shock therapy. I know you can't resist women, so I begin teasing you with my body and stripping. Soon you will associate women other than your wife with pain and suffering. When you complain I move the electrodes to your offending member, and tease you mercilessly until you are begging me to stop. Soon I reveal my sadistic nature--I'm not interested in curing you, I'm interested in ruining you! I laugh as I turn up the electricity all the way and ruin you for sex forever. Some mild visual and audio effects: blurring and light rays at the beginning to represent the medication wearing off, and electricity sounds when you're being shocked.
