Brandon volunteers to help MYA not completely understanding what he was volunteering for. She tells the camera that she is there to help women with their self defense techniques. She then takes Brandon to the ground. She goes through several different techniques and chokeholds with her favorite being the scissor hold. She squeezes Brandon by the neck between her legs in several different positions so that the ladies know that they aren't limited to one option. After a while of MYA taking Brandons breath away quite literally he decides he can't take anymore and most likely will not be volunteering for MYAs videos in the future. We will see about that!
