You're welcome to lock yourself up for October, but to be MINE for October you'll need to pay the $50 tribute – however if you unlock early you'll pay a fee for it. That fee is double the tribute price x the weeks not completed. If you're very good, and very obedient, I might even tease you to make it even harder to get through the month.
