In this video I am visiting a local farm. The owners really like the idea of filming how the cheese is produced outside on the grass. Good thing they don't know what I put in between my legs prior to my arrival. I just need to play everytime I happen to have nothing to do. Let's have a look at my recipe! Guess the name of this cheese. The first bite is creamy and rich, with a mild and slightly nutty flavor. As it melts on the tongue, hints of earth and grass come through, as a reminder of the milk it was made from.
