Gymnast Alexia and I are little powerhouses so we had to try some Lift and Carries with each other! We took turns doing multiple ones including piggybacks, cradles, fireman, and even on our shoulders. We spent time flexing and worshipping each others muscles too! Alexia even lifted me up above her head with her arms!
