Nurses Mei and Eva greet their patient Jim, who has signed up to be part of their experiment. The nurses put on their blue nitrile gloves, and refuse to answer Jim's questions about what the experiment is. They then put medical tape over his mouth, which causes him to panic and try to leave. The nurses quickly grab him with their strong gloved hands and pin his arms down and restrain him. Once he is properly restrained, Mei puts her gloved hand over his mouth and plugs his nose as Eva times his breath holding with her black Baby G digital watch. Eva then covers his eyes with her gloved hand as Mei continues to cover his mouth and nose. Several more minutes of this breath play as Jim surrenders to the nurses, letting them take his breath away. The video ends with Mei climbing on top of him for the last breath holding, after which the nurses leave Jim restrained to the table, secretly wishing for more.
