Kiki is at home when the landlord shows up unhappy about unpaid rent - it turns out that Kiki's loser boyfriend has been using the rent money for other things. Kiki doesn't have the cash to pay the landlord, but she manages to a way to keep the landlord happy and avoid eviction.
