Use the gopro please. 30 minutes total again. Could you do a whole sweaty workout right before? Try and sweat as much as you can. Important: your lighting last time was perfecttt. Please try to have it like that again. Bright lighting so all details of your feet really show and the sweat on the lens shows better too. Sweaty cardio (15 minutes): 15 minutes: Make sure camera is set up in the corner of your room a little high up, angled down so your whole body (head to shoes) is shown throughout whole workout. You can do maybe a few minutes of elliptical, high knees, whatever you want to have the most sweaty cardio session you can have in one room. I liked that you had the space heater on too
