Today I learnt misplaced crutches, a full bladder and a foot you can’t walk on is a recipe for disaster. I was too desperate to wait for someone to get home and help me to the bathroom, and ended up falling and hurting my foot even more on the way. With all my focus on trying to get off the floor, I started spurting into my shorts. Ridiculous, A grown woman stuck on the floor peeing herself. I used all I had left to try and lift myself up, only to fall down harder and totally lose control in the process. What’s more embarrassing is I can’t even get up after. I’m stuck sitting in a flood of my own pee, both dreading and hoping someone will be home soon.
