Class is in session at Giggle Academy. Big Titted clowns Megan Daw & Princess Dandy's first assignment for their student is the clownification process. Once they've got their clown makeup on, the next step is to perform the perfect clown laugh... but the two teachers aren't really feeling the passion in their sad clown's giggle, so they resort to natural means of laugh extraction: tickling! Sitting in their classroom desk, Princess Dandy pulls the student's arms up and Megan uses her long, sharp nails to begin tickling their hairy armpits. She moves onto the feet, but it's still not enough. They have to tie their pupil down to the teacher's desk with rope and give them a nice long, hard tickle session until that laugh is just exactly perfect.
