A 1960s secretary is overworked at the office and at home; her boss barks orders and chain smokes, and her husband refuses to help out with the house. Her hands start to shake and feel sweaty, her left arm hurts, chest is pounding, breath is shallow, and then..... an EMT arrives to save her.
