I have two red balloons, one of which is a soap balloon. I start with the soap one, stretch it several times by inflating and deflating it, and make a nice neck a few times, too. It gets so wet inside that I make it wetter by spitting in a little. I start on the second and do the same thing. In the end, I just tie them and give them nice little kisses and compare sizes and necks.
