I start my workout with the speed bag before moving to the ball bag. My ballbusting workout has over 100 strikes and then I decided I wanted to play a little with the vulnerable ballsack hanging above the weight bench. Since it is no nut November I felt it fitting to do some tease and denial. I break out the vibrators and massager and get him rock hard before putting on the boxing gloves for a few good hits and leaving him to wait there for the swelling to go down so he can get out.
